Mission Statement

North Central Little League (NCLL) is dedicated to having a positive influence in the lives of our players and their families by promoting fair play, positive coaching, confidence, a diligent work ethic, camaraderie and a lasting respect for the game of baseball.

In keeping with the vision of our founders. Al and Mary Hirn, NCLL seeks to ensure that every child with a desire to play baseball be afforded that opportunity. Our goal is to create a positive culture in which volunteer coaches, athletes, parents, officials, and fans work together to achieve our mission. NCLL promotes an environment in which the winning of games is secondary to the molding of exceptional citizens. NCLL provides participants the very best educational, sports experience possible that is consistent with this purpose.

To achieve this objective, NCLL will provide a supervised program of competitive baseball games under the rules and policies of Little League Baseball, Incorporated.
