NCLL Divisions
Divisions are assigned based on a player's age. All Divisions are co-ed. A players baseball age is determined by his/her age on April

T-Ball (5-7 year olds)
Players are assigned randomly their first year and stay on the same team as returning players – no draft. Practices start in mid April with games starting in early May and the
season is completed by mid June. No rain make-up games. There are no standings. Teams focus on working as a team and basic baseball skills. Cost is $60 per year.
Machine Pitch (6-8 year olds)
Players are randomly assigned teams their first year and stay on the same team as returning players. A pitching machine is used. Games are played at Columbus Park. No rain
make-up games. Practices start in early April with games starting in early May and the season is completed by mid July. Focus is developmental. For players overlapping in T-ball and Machine
Pitch age, NCLL strongly recommends selecting T-ball unless the player has advanced baseball skills for his/her age. Cost is $85 per year.
Minors (9-10 year olds)
Players are drafted by managers their first year using ratings from their last year in the Pitching Machine division and stay on the same team as returning players. Player pitch. Games are
predominately played at Columbus and Schoenecker parks. No rain make-up games. Practices start in early April with games starting in late April and the season is completed by end of June. Focus is
developmental with an emphasis on higher-level baseball skills, such as pitching, baserunning, and stealing. Cost is $110 per year.
Majors (11-12 year olds)
Players are drafted by managers their first year using ratings from their last year in the Minors division and stay on the same team as returning players. Player pitch. Games are
predominately played at Columbus and Schoenecker parks. No rain make-up games. Practices start in early April with games starting in late April and the season is completed by end of June. Focus is
more competitive than Minors. Cost is $110 per year.
Juniors (13-15 year olds)
Played on regulation 90-foot diamonds. Players are drafted by managers their first year using ratings from their last year in the Majors division and stay on the same team as
returning players. Player pitch. Games are predominately played at Madison Park. No rain make-up games. Juniors play a schedule that includes North Central league games and “cross-town” games against
other Little Leagues. Practices start in early April with games starting in late April and the season is completed by end of June. Focus is competitive and games are against inter-league teams with
other Little Leagues in Division I. Cost is $130 per year.
